(The exile is canon with female light side). These have been this way for quite a while. LucasArts has said that when it comes down to this stuff.. the protagonist always goes light side /snoreLoyhetanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5973603753716110278.post-32517235070978653272015-04-20T21:52:49.000+01:002015-04-20T21:52:49.000+01:00I guess this is a bit interesting for topics. The ...I guess this is a bit interesting for topics. The problem set here honestly is that Revan is supposed to be an antagonist. There should have been hints here and there leading up to the Revan Xpac for sure, but wait...how does a gaming company that had no original intention of bringing Revan forward make it perfectly executed? I don't know one way or another. It's obvious Bioware hadn't thought about Revan as a serious future expansion as he is onyl hinted at on the Imperial side and barely if at all on the Republic side. Still, take all of that aside, enjoy the story itself or not. <br>Most people I've run across in game really had a bla'se attitude. I mean...kill boss get loot move on. the average player really didn't care about the epic storyline. Perhaps neither did the Devs. Perhaps they just wanted to spit out a new content set, give the boogy man his name and move on. Personally, while I haven't hit the Revan portion of the game as yet (way too many alts...way too little time) I'm still looking forward to see what happened. I'll probably like watching from the Imperial side more than the republic side. why? Well, the dev's made most of the Imperial Side storylines far cooler than the poor Republic side heh heh heh. This by the way coming from someone who enjoys playing both sides.mhorgrimhttp://forafewcreditsmore.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5973603753716110278.post-12333762221611961812015-04-05T15:06:21.000+01:002015-04-05T15:06:21.000+01:00In The Clone Wars we also see Darth Maul surviving...In The Clone Wars we also see Darth Maul surviving for sometime just by feeding on his hatred for Obi-Wan. I think the physical being, Revan, was thought of to have survived this way. I do agree that his dark side tendency was pretty white-washed though. Revan never felt like a Dark Lord of the Sith to me, but I have never played KOTOR or KOTOR II.zernebog83http://zerneblog.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5973603753716110278.post-40615156815444790112015-04-07T17:12:36.000+01:002015-04-07T17:12:36.000+01:00Well thought out analysis! I was happy to see the Revanite camp, and the Nar Shadaa Imperial quest was good. I was a little dumbstruck with the transition from Maelstrom Prison to The Foundry, I guess because it was a "dark side" leap I wasn't prepared for. I enjoyed the Shadow of Revan storyline for the most part, but I took away from the Imperial ending, that the Revan Ex Machina can still be called upon in the future.ceciltarunoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5973603753716110278.post-21508329797707255662015-07-08T06:40:10.000+01:002015-07-08T06:40:10.000+01:00So from reading the article, it seems you probably...So from reading the article, it seems you probably never read the revan book. You should definitely read it, it fills in quite a few details... most notably how revan and Malak got corrupted by the dark side. Don't want to spoil it for you, but you should definitely go read itDavidnoreply@blogger.com
